Shipping prices within the continental United States including residential delivery and any necessary insurances. This does not include PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For shipping prices to other destinations including APO/FPO addresses, please read further below.

The prices listed above are for "Ground Shipping". When in fact about half to two-thirds of our merchandise is shipped from our overseas warehouse and delivered to the destination country via plane and then delivered via ground to the street address. All items shipped from our USA warehouse to addresses within the continental United States are shipped via Ground.
The customer is responsible for providing us with a valid street address including apartment numbers if applicable. All deliveries will require a signature. You are also responsible for arranging mail forwarding if you are moving or for putting a vacation hold on your mail while on vacation.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order and to await funds to clear. Orders will then normally be delivered within 4 to 20 business days after processing. If your order is not delivered within this timeframe, please e-mail our customer service department at Customer_Service@SeriousStyles.com to request a free gift.
Shipments Outside of the Continental United States
APO/FPO Address - Add $5 per order
Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada - Add $20 per order
Europe - Add $30 per order

To add money to order for delivery to the above locations, follow these instructions:
After adding all items that you wish to purchase to your Online Shopping Cart click on the fifth box from the bottom on the left titled "Special Orders". Then click on the picture. Select the appropriate amount of money in the drop-down menu titled "Other Amounts" (i.e. for Canada select "Twenty: Add $20.00". Make sure there is a 1 in the "Quantity" box. Enter your shipping address in the box titled "Special Request". Then click the "Add To Cart" button.
General Shipping
If your order is crossing any country borders, generally we will not include an invoice to avoid custom fees. We try our best to avoid all customs fees, but we cannot guarantee that we will avoid all custom fees. The customer is responsible for any custom fees to their country.
Sometimes, although very seldom, orders get confiscated, seized, or stolen by customs or your country's mail service. In the event that you do not receive your shipped order, we will provide you with a 40% online store credit of value of your order.
